Cultivating a Meaningful Healing Environment
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it thrives in spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their challenges and rediscover their strengths. I believe each person holds the innate capacity for growth and resilience, and it’s my role to help nurture that process. Through personalized care, collaborative exploration, and deep respect for every individual’s journey, I aim to foster meaningful connection, insight, and lasting change.
Supporting others has been a passion of mine since I was young. I didn’t always know it would lead me to social work, but I’m grateful it did. It's where my calling came to life.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2011. After serving as a school social worker, I went on to complete my Master’s in Social Work in 2017. Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including community programs, hospitals, and private practice. My experience includes supporting individuals, families, and groups particularly active-duty military members, veterans, and their families.
I tailor each treatment experience to the unique needs of the individual, addressing concerns such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, parenting, relationships, career transitions, self-esteem, and life changes. I believe healing begins with self-awareness and acceptance recognizing where you are is the first step toward where you’re meant to be.
